Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking a corporate lawyer to join their office in Brussels. The team handle matters including; mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets, private equity and investment agreements, non-contentious insolvency work, shareholder agreements and franchising. They are also top tier on legal 500 for their knowledge in the corporate market.
The team are seeking a corporate lawyer with years 3+ PQE. You will be able to handle a full and varied caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters in order to provide strategic advice to a large portfolio of clients that have been retained by this entrepreneurial firm. You will have gained hands on corporate experience, specifically with relation to public & private M&A transactions, PE and general corporate advice. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory for this role.
