Funds Paralegal

Our client, a US based investment advisory firm, is currently looking for an outstanding paralegal to join their team in London.

In joining this small legal team you will get hands on experience across a range of funds work, reporting into the European GC. With the company going through a huge growth mode currently, you will be exposed to increasing responsibility and breadth of work.

The role will have a mix of legal and compliance, however the mainstay of the role will be the funds legal work and as such our client is looking for a candidate with excellent demonstrable funds experience from a top city law firm or a reputable asset manager/private equity firm.

To be considered for this role you must have an exceptional academic track record, including a 2:1 at undergraduate level and a minimum of a commendation in the LPC.
