Work
- Advising on public company takeovers and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and general corporate matters.
- Advising private equity firms and corporate clients across a range of industries.
Requirements
- At least a 2:1 from a Russell Group University (or international equivalent).
- Training at the London office of a leading City law firm.
- At least one seat in Corporate (M&A).
- Qualifying in Aug/Sep 2018 or Mar/Apr 2018. Spring 2018 qualifiers should have been retained ideally.
