The Role

The firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal or fee earner (at least 6 months experience) to join their office in Solihull.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting including but not limited to; drafting both simple and complex Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, and Court of Protection correspondence. Due to this being a junior role the firm would be happy to help someone grow into the position if they have had at least some exposure to these areas.

The successful candidate would position themselves alongside senior management in the Firm, allowing for one to one training, and the opportunity to quickly leverage their technical acumen.

The Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Fee-Earner or Paralegal (6 months experience).
• At lease some hands-on experience in Wills, LPA's and Court of Protection drafting is required.
• You will have good attention to detail and articulate yourself well
• Good communication skills are essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
