In House Counsel - Startup

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In House Counsel to join a clean energy startup in the West End.

The successful Solicitor will be working as sole In House Counsel with a focus on options and commercial leases for rapid electric car charging points. This position will also incorporate drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and NDAs, working on projects, employment matters, dealing with intellectual property, developing standard legal documentation and working with clients directly.

This In House Counsel role would really suit a Lawyer with an interest in clean energy, particularly someone who’d like to work in a growing firm and so would relish that challenges that come with a startup environment.
