THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Lawyer, ideally with 2-4pqe, to join the highly regarded team within the London office.
ABOUT YOU
You will be looking to operate at a high level having solid private M&A and Private Equity experience.
It would be advantageous to have experience within Capital Markets/AIM but this isn't essential.
