A leading, multinational medical manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced commercial paralegal to join their legal team based within easy commute of central London.
Working with the Senior Counsel for Europe and Canada in the Commercial division the role is diverse and will also support M&A and Corporate Functions, Regulatory and Litigation, providing excellent long term career development opportunities. The essential job functions will include routine and complex drafting, tendering documents, supporting lawyers with compliance and regulatory issues and management of external counsel.
Our client would like to hear from candidates holding ideally the LPC or law degree and a minimum of 6 - 12 months working as a paralegal within a Corporate or Commercial Environment (including Commercial Contracts and Commercial Property) preferably but not exclusively within the healthcare field.
