Commercial (Charities & Education) lawyer NQ -2 years’ PQE READING

Commercial law firm in Reading is seeking to recruit a Commercial lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE to work with their Charities and Education clients. The team has been advising  charities, schools and other not for profit organisations for many years. Clients include both local and national charities; leading universities, colleges and schools and they advise charitable trusts, charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs), companies limited by guarantee, community interest companies (CICs), social enterprises and philanthropists. They also advise trustees, governors and employees on private client matters.

If you are already qualified, you will specialise in Commercial law – obviously any experience of the Charities and/or Education sectors would be even better but is by no means essential. If you are newly-qualified you will have undertaken a seat in at least one of the following: Corporate law; general Commercial Law; Commercial law in the charities and/or Education sectors.
