Healthcare Regulatory Associate

Due to continued growth, a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor is now required for a leading, International Law firm in Leeds.

Our client handles a broad range of Healthcare Regulatory matters to include providing legal advice on Court of Protection matters, Serious Incidents and Domestic Homicide Inquiries. Typical work will involve working on a caseload of Healthcare Regulatory Matters, advising and representing the NHS at inquests, liaising with various parties such as medical and dental defence organisations and professional bodies.

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor/Associate at least c.3 years' PQE from a Healthcare or Regulatory background. Experience of healthcare regulatory inquests is a MUST, as well as excellent knowledge of CPR procedures.
