My client, a Tier 1 private practice law firm in the City, is looking for a fully qualified Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join the firm.
Primary Duties
- Broadly supporting the firm’s Commercial partner in a wide variety of Commercial matter
- Taking on an existing caseload of commercial and corporate matters and looking to develop business through new clients, using marketing and networking techniquesTo work with the Corporate and Commercial Partner on complex cases as required.
- Develop any existing areas of specialisation within the departmental structure.
- Engage in active marketing of the Department.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in the Commercial department of a reputable firm
- UK qualified or equivalent
- A personable and gregarious natureExcellent acadmics
