A career enhancing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy law firm in Dalston, London. Our client is seeking a Receptionist with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact for their clients and provide admin support to the fee-earning team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, on their own initiative and also as part of a team.
The Role:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Directing clients to relevant fee earners
- Faxing/photocopying/filing/scanning
- Placing stationery orders
- Handling post
Job requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, face to face & written)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Good IT skills
