Our client is seeking a Receptionist with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact for their clients and provide admin support to the fee-earning team.  The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, on their own initiative and also as part of a team.

The Role:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Directing clients to relevant fee earners
  • Faxing/photocopying/filing/scanning
  • Placing stationery orders
  • Handling post

Job requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (telephone, face to face & written)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Good IT skills
