In-House Commercial Solicitor

Duties:

• Review, draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including service agreements, license agreements, standard terms and conditions, supplier agreements and procurement agreements
• Identify and analyse legal issues and advise stakeholders on risks and mitigation of legal risks
• Simplify complex legal materials and problems for relevant stakeholders
• Review current contractual and statutory obligations and liabilities on the organisation
• Assist in development of the Organisation's information policies and procedures
• Advise on procedures to safeguard the Organisation's compliance obligations related to Data Protection Act
• Advise on management policy, procedure and frameworks to guide staff in management of records and data

Requirements:

• Commercial Contracts
• Good knowledge of GDPR/Data Protection
