My client is seeking a Paralegal to join the commercial property department at their Hartlepool office. The role offers genuine career progression opportunities for the right person. The Team cover a whole range of property services from instruction through to conclusion.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will assist with:

• Drafting of contracts and documents
• Liaise with clients, agents and third parties over the telephone
• Deal with all aspects of sale files
• Deal with specific aspects of purchase files with technical support assistance
• Sales and Purchase of small businesses and companies
• Purchase of industrial sites such as retail units, offices as well as development land
• Converts and title matters
• New Leases / Assignment and termination of leases
• Agricultural and farm land

The Candidate

The ideal Commercial Property Paralegal will have at least 1 years' experience in commercial drafting and commercial property as a necessity; some litigation experience would be advantageous. You will you have excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face and be committed to client care.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will have strong IT skills in Microsoft packages and Case Management Systems as well as a high attention to detail and the ability to get things done within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to work in a demanding environment and possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
