My client is a well known Asset Manager based in London who is looking to recruit a Derivatives Lawyer to join its expanding legal team.

A London based Asset Manager.
Description
Reporting into the General Counsel you will be part of the wider legal team based in London but will take sole responsibility for supporting the company's derivatives business.
You will advice on a range of matters including; ISDA, OTC derivatives, PB agreements, fund linked derivatives as well as associated regulatory matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will need to be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE* from a top tier law firm and ideally comparative in house organisation.
Because this role will be the only lawyer supporting the derivatives business having a broad range of experience in derivatives and funds/investment management would be extremely useful.
