IP Litigation (Senior) Associate
An associate to Senior Associate level intellectual property solicitor role has arisen within a leading Legal 100 firm in the heart of Cheltenham.
This leading law firm has offices across the country, with a successful and growing office in Cheltenham. With an existing strong presence in intellectual property, the firm is seeking a senior level hire to assist in developing the department further.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
- Fully qualified intellectual property solicitor (3 years' PQE +)
- Expertise in IP litigation, ideally with non-contentious experience also
- A client following, or at least a proven track record of generating clients
The successful candidate will be a senior level intellectual property solicitor with expertise in IP litigation, ideally with some experience in non-contentious work. You will have excellent business development skills and a proven track record of winning new business, with a client following being highly advantageous.
This is an exciting position for an intellectual property solicitor looking for the next step in their career and City quality work, but based in the South West.
