Commercial Property Solicitor.
Our client are a leading law firm based in Oxford. Their highly regarded Commercial Property team are seeking a recently qualified Solicitor to join the team.
They provide commercial property advice in a wide range of situations for investors, landlords and tenants, funders, developers, sellers and buyers, including:
- Negotiating and drafting landlord and tenant leases
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development - real estate and residential
- Portfolio Management
- Sale or acquisition of commercial property investments
- Property transactions and advise on other property issues
- Property Finance including sale and leaseback
Clients include and array of Education establishments, Charities, Offices, Retail and Industrial Units.
The successful candidate will be up to 2 years PQE with an interest in covering a range of property tasks. In return the firm will offer you a stimulating environment to work with a high quality caseload of real estate matters to run with.
The department is Partner lead including a team of 15 Associate/Assistant Solicitors offering hands on assistance and a genuine career path.
