Our client are a leading law firm based in Oxford. They have a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal matters for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third sector organisations.
The firm has Best Companies Status and featured in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for 2008, 2009, 2010 and Best Companies for 2013.
The Family & Matrimonial department are currently seeking a Solicitor of 3 years+ PQE to join the team of 4 others which is Partner lead.
The department are renowned at dealing with 100% privately funded family work. Your duties will include:
** Acting for an dealing with a number of high net worth individuals and providing advice on the divorce, cohabitation and mediation matters
** Dealing with financial remediation and ancillary relief (not legal aid work) is essential.
** Experience of conducting your own advocacy on children's cases is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be qualified from and have experience working at a Chamber listed firm known for its Family work.
Together with aspirations to market the firm and continue building its precedence.
