The team has developed particularly close links to a significant number of the leading international and domestic private banks, regularly advising them on high profile loan facilities for their key clients. The team also has a broad base of borrower clients including corporates, landed estates, trusts and offshore investment vehicles, charities, schools and sporting organisations as well as many high-net-worth individuals. The team covers a range of financing areas, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, general corporate lending, charity finance, sports finance and private placements.
