Residential Conveyancer

I have just taken an instruction from a long established law firm based in East Lancashire who are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer for their office in Darwen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join a strong and growing Conveyancing department.

The Residential Conveyancer role will involve conducting your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion dealing with; Sales & Purchases for Freehold & Leasehold Properties, Re-mortgaging, Transfer of Title, Residential Leases and Help to Buy matters.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. You will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Residential Conveyancing and be confident picking up a pre-existing caseload and comfortable working to meet tight deadlines.
