If you are an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive this is a great opportunity to join an established city centre firm and work on a diverse caseload for a fantastic client base.
You will work closely with a Partner on a variety of matters from buying and selling commercial units, offices and retail premises, to acting for Landlords or Tenants in Lease negotiations. You will also deal with SIPP and SASS Pension Transfers.
The firm will consider an experienced Residential Property lawyer who is looking to move across into Commercial work.
