This established multi-practice law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its experienced conveyancing team in Coventry

· Multi-practice law firm established over ten years ago in Coventry
· Experienced conveyancing department with an excellent reputation
· Strong local client base

The Role
· Working in the firm's thriving conveyancing department, you will handle a steady volume of residential conveyancing transactions
· Work includes; Sales and Purchase of leasehold and freehold property, plot sales, new build properties, buy to let, remortgage and transfer of equity
· You will liaise with clients regular, both over the phone and face to face
· You will be assisted by a legal assistant and have wider office support

Requirements
· You will be a Paralegal/ Residential Conveyancer
· You will have a minimum of 12 months experience handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
· You will be self-sufficient, capable of maintaining and developing client relationships
· Located in Coventry or surrounding areas within a commutable distance

BENEFITS
· Salary up to £20,000 (depending on experience), plus benefits

· Working hours 9-5:30pm Mon-Friday
