My client who is a well-respected and established law firm based in Hartlepool. They are currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with experience however they will consider unqualified candidates with 1 years+ experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

As a Residential Conveyancer with this firm, you will have your own secretary as support and there is a team of file openers who deal with a lot of the initial work like AML checks, ID, ordering searches etc.

The firm also have a post completion team who take over the file once it has completed. This leaves you free to do what you are good at without getting bogged down in the heavy workloads and the start and end of the transaction dealing with a varied and interesting caseload, and progression would be available in the future for the right Residential Conveyancer.

As a Residential Conveyancer you will have experience dealing with your own case files; an ambitious and driven personality will succeed with this firm.
