My client is seeking an experienced Housing Repair Paralegal to join their established team of professionals. Practising in personal injury, immigration, private client and commercial law for over 8 years, my client has a strong and reputable reputation with a variety of clients in England and abroad.

As a Housing Disrepair Paralegal, you will:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Health issues relating to disrepair i. damp, water ingress
• Anti-Social Behaviour
• Eviction (unlawful and harassment)
• Rent Disputes
• Cavity Wall claims

The Candidate:

The ideal Housing Disrepair Paralegal will have experience of managing a high caseload of Housing Disrepair files from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

A minimum of 12 months experience is essential for this role; you must have experience with working with Housing Disrepair files from a Claimant perspective, be confident with case management systems and managing a high-volume caseload.

As a Housing Disrepair Paralegal, you will have strong IT skills in Microsoft packages, a high attention to detail and the ability to get things done within tight deadlines.
