Description

I am currently working on an exclusive basis with a lovely firm in Greater Manchester are needing to utilise the services of a locum on a part time basis. The firms current solicitor is having a scheduled operation and they need assistance in the interim period.

Applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified candidates, however you must have strong experience handling a busy caseload of all family law matters without supervision. Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Divorce

- Ancillary relief

- Private and Public Children law

- Separation agreements

- Co habitation agreements

- Legal Aid matters
