Fee Earner - Personal Injury
West Yorkshire
Salary Negotiable
My client are an expanding law firm based in West Yorkshire, they are a specialist Personal Injury and Property firm. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit for an experienced fee earner.
You will be responsible for conducting a caseload of Pre and Post litigation Personal Injury files of various claims. You will also be supporting Partners with higher value claims- as a result, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with one of the best teams in the area and to progress your career.
You will have experience working as a Fee Earner dealing with either RTA or EL/PL cases. Proven experience of dealing with Stage 1, 2 and 3 of the MOJ portal is essential. You will manage client work as allocated within the team. Therefore, you will need to be able to demonstrate a dynamic and focused approach and work under minimal supervision with the ability to make decisions.
