A long running law firm with a strong presence in Bristol and Somerset are seeking a Conveyancer to run a mixed caseload in Clevedon. Having been in business for over 100 years they are well known in the local area and have a reputation for looking after both their clients and staff. They offer excellent progression opportunities and support professional development.

The caseload will consist of sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, assents and first registrations and registered and unregistered land as well as other matters.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Prior experience of running their own caseload of 50+ files
• Ability to use (or learn to use) a case management system
• Running matters from initial Client meeting through to file closure with minimal supervision
• Motivation
• Organisation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiasm
• Ability to build relationships and develop contacts
