Consultant Solicitors - Commercial Property – £Daily Rate

We are looking for a contractor/consultant/interim Solicitor with their own limited business, who is looking for a temporary contract – you will work in a small and multi-disciplinary team and handle development as well as commercial property transactions e.g. acquisition and disposal of properties, transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements and licenses.

This is an urgent role with a short contract (likely to be 3 – 6 months).

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor / CILEX qualified*
• Commercial Property / Real Estate experience
• Any In-House sector exposure would be highly desirable
