A Senior FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR is sought to join this full service, top UK 100 Law Firm as a PARTNER at its SWINDON office. If you are an ambitious and talented senior solicitor who is comfortable with coaching junior staff and enjoys business development, this role could prove an excellent career opportunity.  

Key Criteria:

• You will be a Solicitor with experience of fee earning at a senior level.
• Clear business plan for developing and growing Divorce and Finance work within the Wiltshire area.
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with matrimonial and finance work.
• Enthusiastic about business development and building client relationships.
• Able to manage a small, junior team of staff.
• Consistently focused on delivering client service excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commercial acumen.
• Rounded IT skills.
