Court of Protection Legal Executive/ Senior Paralegal.
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with at least 4 years experience of Court of Protection work to join the vulnerable persons team of a forward thinking, dynamic Legal 200 firm in Maidstone.
As part of the wider private client team, you will be dealing with a varied case load for vulnerable clients and their families including Court of Protection practice, LPAs, the preparation and implementation of personal injury trusts and general ancillary advice.
You will be acting for and advising a wide range of private individuals, vulnerable people, their families and carers.
