Situated within a market-leading US Firm, the group advises major financial institutions, private equity houses, and funds on premium Private Equity transactions. The group regularly advises on complex international transactions, often involving work across multiple jurisdictions.
Applicants who are serious about building a post-qualified career within Private Equity work should seriously consider this role. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear tack record of experience in high-calibre Private Equity work, gained within a leading PE practice at either a Magic/Silver Circle or US firm.
