My client, a reputed corporation with operations spanning the globe, is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its distinguished legal function.

The successful candidate will benefit from training in a City law firm with exceptional academics, as well as corporate experience gained in-house or in private practice. The successful candidate should have one or more years' post qualification experience providing corporate and transactional advice to listed / large corporates and who is looking to accelerate their career with a FTSE 100 business.

You will be reporting into the Head of Legal and will be a key member in activities including UK plc work, group structuring and reorganisation, structuring and effecting group level transactions, and legal management of strategic relationships.
