Corporate Lawyer

We are currently working with a well established and highly regarded law firm, who are seeking a top Corporate Lawyer to join their London office in Mayfair. This leading firm will give you the exposure to work with high end clients and is therefore a great opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer. It will also give you an opportunity to engage in complex cases across a broad range of transactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company and deal with high profile clients on a regular basis.

The key duties will include, but not be limited to:

•              Working on corporate mergers and acquisitions

•              Demergers

•              Reorganizations

The ideal candidate should have circa 2-4 years PQE in the relevant fields. It is important that the prospective candidate has gained experience from a well regarded law firm and also has good academics. As well as this, the individual will need to have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills to ensure they can work well within a team.
