Fram are working with a highly regarded law firm based in Central London, who have a reputation of being leaders in many of their chosen fields. The firm works with a number of high profile clients and therefore is a great opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their careers. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team.
The key duties for the role will be to centre on:
• Buying and selling commercial properties
• Preparing board minutes and relevant document
• Due diligence
• Acting for receivers and administrators
The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified lawyer with good academics, who has experience from a well respected Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate should have circa 2-6 years PQE in the relevant fields. In addition you will have outstanding interpersonal skills and will enjoy building relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Commercial Property lawyers who are looking to progress within a well respected firm.
