Hudson Legal have been instructed on an exciting NQ Restructuring role with a leading US firm. Our client has a global reach with a number of offices across the US, Europe and Asia.

London is a point of strategic growth for our client and they have been steadily growing in the London market over the last couple of years. Our client is very well known for Finance and although they have a large team globally, the Restructuring team in London is small in nature and has a close team feel.

The team works on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Restructuring matters for a varied client base which includes a number of leading financial institutions, funds, corporate borrowers and issuers, company directors, debt investors and insolvency practitioners, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for restructuring and turnaround.

Although my client is a leading US firm, they pride themselves on having an enjoyable and collegiate working environment, along with working on high quality matters.

They are now looking for an ambitious Restructuring NQ to join the London team to have a high level of client contact and a broad workload.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Excellent academics
  • Gained experience of broad financial restructuring within a highly rated UK or US firm
  • To be driven and ambitious
