The Planning department advises on all aspects of planning and environmental issues including major retail & leisure schemes, significant infrastructure projects, office developments and large scale residential & housing developments.
As a Planning Lawyer you will be working autonomously out of the Manchester office but be part of a national team that is held in high esteem. Your role as Planning Lawyer will be to work on portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, compulsory purchase orders, compensation claims and judicial reviews.
The successful Planning Lawyer will need to be qualified, demonstrate commercial awareness and possess a strong team work ethic. In return, you’ll be given the platform to elevate your career to the next level and be given the opportunity to grow a team.
