Legal Counsel (8+ PQE) - 14500/TTL

Great opportunity with the expanding team at this fast-growing asset management firm in Hong Kong. You will provide legal support and assistance to the thriving asset management business set-up and transactions in Hong Kong and PRC. You must be a qualified lawyer with over 8 years’ PQE in structured and/or secured lending, bonds and listed equity at a financial institution or a law firm. Strong knowledge of listing rules and takeover code, asset management, licensing, regulatory compliance and litigation is highly desirable. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese for the role. REF: 14500/TTL
