Senior Data Protection Lawyer (Associate to Partner level), Birmingham or Manchester, Leading Top 100 Firm, Strong Career Opportunity

This a superb role for an experienced Data Protection Lawyer seeking a well regarded firm with Data Protection at the heart of its commercial practice. In this newly created opportunity you will:

  • Support clients in relation to a wide range of Data Protection and information matters.
  • Take the lead working with both mid-sized and prestigious blue chip/international clients.
  • Support and advise colleagues and clients on policy alongside the regulation framework in Data Protection.
  • Deliver pragmatic and commercially minded advice to minimise client risk.
  • Support colleagues and the firm in marketing and training initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Data Protection experience combined with a client focused approach.
  • The desire to collaborate and work as part of an energised and supportive team.
  • The ability and desire to further develop your technical legal skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with a variety of clients, both external and internal, and inspire and hold their confidence.
  • Strong self-motivation alongside a desire to rapidly progress your career within a progressive practice.
