Paralegal/Contracts Manager
Key accountabilities:
- Drafting and editing legal documents, contracts and other business documents
- Liaising with clients and suppliers, including negotiating amendments to contracts
- Answering legal queries from the business and clients
- Planning, organizing and drafting papers and minutes for Board and committee meetings
- Maintaining and updating database records
- Supporting company secretarial duties
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a paralegal within a financial services organization is preferable. The candidate must satisfy the following criteria:

- Proactive and possess a "can do" approach
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Self-confident and show initiative
- Work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail to take on a varied workload
- Excellent communication, and inter-personal skills

- Have commercial awareness and business acumen
- Have strong level of MS office skills
- Excellent written skills
