Corporate/Commercial Solicitor 2+ PQE

Are you a junior co/co solicitor who wants to deal with corporate and commercial work but for SME and OMB clients. Perhaps you've done a couple of years of general co/co work and looking to develop a sector specialism.

Our client is a large regional firm which has experienced rapid growth over the last few years. They are looking to grow their corporate /commercial team with an additional junior solicitor. You will be dealing with a wide range of mid tier work for a loyal client base. The work is an even mix between corporate and commercial with most deals falling between £5m and £15m in value. The work is heavily focussed on a particular sector and you will be working directly with a very supportive and dynamic partner.

The team is a great size with 5 lawyers at a more senior level and two legal assistants. You should ideally have some experience in corporate /commercial work and the firm will consider applications from candidates who have had the opportunity to do either corporate or commercial but perhaps not both. The role will involve lots of opportunities to get involved in marketing / business development. There is plenty of training, supervision and support on hand to make this a fantastic role in which to further develop your career.
