My client is a highly respected, forward thinking law firm in Devon offering a full service to its clients across the region.

They are looking to recruit an ambitious residential property solicitor to join their established property team where you will deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. 

The firm are an accredited member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and they have established a strong reputation for offering a first-class conveyancing service to their clients. Each lawyer works with the assistance of a legal clerk utilising a bespoke IT system.  You will have plenty of client contact and be expected to build strong relationships with your clients and local estate agents.

As a lawyer, you will be hungry to succeed and have strong technical ability combined with a client focused approach and be looking to make a long-term career move with excellent prospects.
