Marketing Coordinator

An International Law firm is recruiting a new Regional Marketing Coordinator, based in their Edinburgh offices. You will primarily provide support to the team in the delivery of the Edinburgh office's marketing plans. An all-encompassing role, you will support the delivery of a wide variety of work from pitch documentation to communications and events.

On a day to day basis your main duties will entail:

• Coordinate the delivery of client events from start to finish
• Act as support lead on location specific pitches and produce engaging and relevant marketing collateral
• Support on internal and external communications
• Coordinate research and analysis of existing and prospective clients, competitor activity and market trends/opportunities
• Ensure up to date content for proposal generator and CRM database is regularly updated
• Facilitate the delivery of social media and digital activity for the regional marketing teams

To be successful in this position you will need to be IT literate and experience of InterAction and CRM systems would be beneficial as well as prior experience within a Marketing and Business Development Function and in particular, working within a corporate environment. Excellent attention to detail, experience of proof reading and good writing skills will see you excel within this position.
