A great opportunity to join a well established and respected Gloucestershire firm who are further expanding their Family offering.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with ideally 3-5 years PQE to work on a Full or Part-Time basis. You will have experience of managing a caseload with a minimum of supervision, primarily advising clients mainly on a Private basis but also undertaking some Legal Aid work. Your knowledge will encompass Divorce, Private Law Children Act Matters, Financial Remedy, Injunctions and Cohabitation Disputes. You should be to undertake your own advocacy in Court on initial hearings and directions appointments.
As a lawyer, you will be self motivated with strong client facing skills. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the direction and growth of the Family Law Department, working alongside a Family Partner who is happy to give you input on your cases and to help and advise as necessary as you grow in knowledge and experience.
The role is ideally full time, thouhg they would not wish to loose out on the the right candidate if they could only work part-time.
