Catastrophic Injury Solicitor sought to manage a challenging caseload for a top law firm in Kent!
The Firm
With a reputation for innovation and progressive client care, this is a multi-service law firm with offices in the South East. It is an award-winning practice and possesses numerous accreditations from The Law Society. Overall, building and maintaining client relationships is a founding principle of this well-established firm. Owing to continued success, our client is now looking to hire a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to work in its Maidstone office, a prominent central Kent location.
The Role
The successful Catastrophic Injury Solicitor will manage a diverse and challenging caseload of personal injury claim cases, predominantly this role is focused on brain injury and complex orthopaedic injuries. Keen to participate in the business development and marketing initiatives for the firm, you will be expected to play an active part in gaining new and retaining existing contacts. Confident in organising rehabilitation and support for your clients at an early stage in the case, providing a compassionate and professional service advising clients from initial instruction to pursuing proceedings. Supporting senior lawyers were necessary, working collectively and independently to achieve yearly targets.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Solicitors with at least 2-5 years PQE of personal injury work;
Comprehension of multi-track work will be essential;
Commercially aware with excellent communication and client care skills;
With solid IT skills and knowledge of case management systems is desirable;
Full Driver’s License and use of a car will be essential as travel will be expected throughout the South East of England.
