The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and client-focused Family Lawyer in our client’s busy department in Leicester. Successful applicants will be experienced in handling private family matters and possess a minimum of 2 years PQE from a similar department. You will ideally be a Family/Child Panel member, undertaking duties to including: divorce; ancillary relief; pre-nuptial agreements; children matters; separation and; cohabitation disputes. The role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is seeking to further develop their skills within a reputable department and actively participate in the business development and networking of this firm on a full time, permanent basis.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE;
Strong background in Private Family matters;
Family/Child Panel Membership is desirable;
The ability to manage a full caseload with limited supervision, meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy being essential;
Actively participate in the business development and networking of the firm;
Communicate in a clear and concise manner;
Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team.
