A global law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Manager to support Technology & Corporate Insurance team. This role will have one direct report and have full ownership of the firms evolving tech team. The firm has an established BD team that are highly regarded across the firm therefore this is a fantastic opportunity to join a BD savvy firm who are open to new innovations/

Key responsibilities;

• Driving and ensuring implementation of the firm's business development strategy for Tech and corporate insurance, thus enabling revenue growth
• Developing strong and influential relationships with lawyers and staff to cause their active engagement with, and support for, the sector's business development programmes
• Developing clear strategies and BD plans, formulating aligned marketing campaigns and maintaining a strong focus on growing key client relationships
• Directly managing a service orientated, high-performing business development team, and supporting each team members' development
• Engaging productively with the BD team internationally, ensuring strategies and campaigns maximise opportunities around the firm, and opportunities are pursued in a coordinated and efficient fashion

The successful candidate will be an established manager with a proven track record of driving a practice or sector within a global professional services firm. You will be willing to roll your sleeves up as well as having the confidence to push through new ideas.
