Our client is an established, niche Property practice with a strong presence in the East Midlands and London. They provide a competitive, professional Conveyancing service delivered with an efficient and friendly approach. Employing experts in their chosen, fields, they greatly invest in their staff and provide a supportive work environment with innovative technology. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now looking to add a Senior Residential Conveyancer to their team.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a niche property practice in London. The successful candidate will be comfortable with taking on a varied and complex caseload which will include matters such as new builds, shared ownership and title replication issues. Due to the complex nature of the caseload it is required that the suitable candidate have 5+ years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm and be confident in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. In return for your expertise, our client can offer excellent remuneration including a joining fee between £2,000 and £5,000.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Able to manage a complex and varied caseload;
Experience of new builds, shared ownership and title replication issues is essential;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
