Corporate Solicitor Required - City of London
An experienced Corporate Solicitor is sought after by a leading City Firm based in Holborn. The firm is looking for someone with around 5 years + PQE, that specialises in Corporate matters (mainly transactional work) to join the firm on an 12 month fixed term contract, to cover a member of staff going on maternity leave.
In order for you to be considered for this role you are expected to be;
- working with colleagues on a full range of corporate transactions, including share and business sales and purchases, reorganisations and fund raisings.
- knowledgeable in commercial and company law.
- able to work independently.
You will be expected to be IT literate and be able to take over an existing caseload with limited supervision.
