My client - a leading and well respected City law firm are looking for a Part-Time Legal Secretary to join their busy Real Estate team. You will be required to work on Mondays and Fridays, 2 days a week.
Legal Secretary (Part-Time)
As the Part-Time Legal Secretary you will be providing a first class support service to Partners and Fee Earners within the Real Estate team.
Legal Secretary (Part-Time)
Some of the duties involved will include:
- Producing and formatting documents, reports and correspondence
- PA support including booking of meetings, appointments, lunches, travel
- Audio and Copy typing
- Land Registry searches
- Billing
- Corresponding with clients on behalf of fee earners
The successful Legal Secretary will have the following experience/skills:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience
- Ideally possessing experience in Real Estate/Commercial Property
- Billing experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fast accurate typing (audio and copy) with excellent grammar and spelling
