An experienced Law Costs Draftsman/ Costs Lawyer in Cardiff is sought by my client, who are a well established national Costs firm. This dynamic expanding firm are looking to expand which is the reason for this position.
As a Costs Draftsman you will be responsible for preparing Costs Budgets, Bills of Costs, Points of replies and Costs Schedules. You will also be responsible for conducting negotiations and settlements with third parties. You may be responsible for attending detailed assessments as well.
To be successful as a Costs Draftsman you will have previous experience in a similar position and be experienced in the responsibilities listed.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 and is dependent on experience.
