Commercial Counsel (e-Commerce) - Global Blue Chip

Reporting directly to the Global Legal Director, you will provide legal advice on commercial and corporate transactions - often with a technology focus.

The business as a whole is growing and seeking to invest heavily in e-commerce. As such, the role would suit an entrepreneurial, autonomous and driven individual with top-tier legal credentials. Effectively it is a tech-focussed, growth company with a huge brand owner acting as an incubator.
